Chicago West officers met last week to start planning the 2026-2027 calendar year. We are excited for another year of sisterhoods, philanthropy events, and holiday celebrations! Until then, we hope everyone is having a magical summer!

Brunching with sisters is a great way to jump start your weekend!

Many thanks to Debby Cecil Jacobs for hosting our April meeting at the Ronald McDonald House! We started the evening by hosting an ice cream bar for the families staying in the house. Debby then took us on a tour of the house before we took care of chapter business.

A quick hello from this weekend's visit to Headquarters!  Jessie and Nora attended a day of leadership training along with our sisters from the Executive, Foundation, and Properties Boards!

Thank you to all our sisters and friends who supported our annual Strike Out Arthritis event. We celebrated Pi Day a little early with pizza and pies, while also bidding on fun and unique opportunity baskets. With your support we raised over $2,000 for the Arthritis Foundation!

Tonight we celebrated our AOII sister, Radha Chaddah, and her debut novel! It was a beautiful discussion moderated by Jessie and a wonderful eventing spent with sisters!

The Founders' Day celebrations continue! This weekend CWS sisters drove down to the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign to join the Iota Chapter at their Founders' Day event. It was a wonderful afternoon filled with sisterhood and friendship!

We spent a lovely afternoon at Founders' Day celebrating our sisterhood with our Chicago area sisters! The celebration honored many inspiring sisters, including our very own Patti Proggi

At our October meeting, Natalie led us through a floral arrangement lesson. We each brought a few bouquets of flowers to share and Natalie mad the pumpkin vases with her 3D printer!

A big thank you to everyone that supported Team AOII at last weekend's Jingle Bell Run! With your support, we were able to raised $1,665 for the Arthritis Foundation. Congratulations to Ellen and Linda for placing in their age groups!

Our first Booksgiving was a great way to kick off the holiday season! We discussed "We All Live Here" by JoJo Meyers and shared a few Thanksgiving inspired dishes!

In the spirt of the college football season, we showed off our College or University loyalty by wearing out team shirt/college colors, while playing a few rounds of Bingo! Thank you to Kathy Bloom for hosting and for being the perfect Bingo announcer!

Chicago West sisters had the honor of attending the Arthritis Foundation's Freedom of Movement of Gala. It was a wonderful evening supporting and raising funds for the Arthritis Foundation!
